We offer web design, consulting, and maintenance services. Our services are subject to the specific terms outlined in individual contracts with our clients.

We use Deposyt to collect payments. We accept credit cards and other payment methods. Payment due dates are specified in individual contracts. Refunds and cancellations are also subject to the terms outlined in individual contracts.
Savvy Cobra retains all intellectual property rights to the content and designs created until final payment is made. Upon final payment, intellectual property rights are transferred to the client as per the contract terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savvy Cobra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (d) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services.
Either party may terminate the agreement in the event of a breach of contract terms or by mutual agreement. Upon termination, all user data will be deleted.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to users via email. Continued use of our services following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
